The picture for this update is of Jerrod during rehab today.

Thanks to James Cutrera who works for Spirit Ranch (a Christian ministry designed to build believers, leaders, and teams) for spending his vacation with the Shelton's this last week.

Prayer requests:

  1. Thanksgiving that God has watched over Jerrod.
  2. Thanksgiving that God has blessed so many through this event.
  3. Praise to God for his wonderful love and comfort - showed through so many.
  4. Request that Jerrod will improve in hearing (still has the "roar"), vision (still has some double vision), and speech.
  5. Request that Jerrod will not have to have a permanent shunt.

Don't forget the prayer pager, it has been a great encouragement.

Pete, Elva and Richard Reyna (see picture to the right) came to visit Jerrod today . . . can you spot "Super Bear"?

Jerrod made a pumpkin pie (one of his favorites) a couple of days ago as part of his physical therapy - you can see a picture of one of the pieces of the pie to the right.

Please continue to pray for his complete recovery:
That the shunt will definitely not be needed.
Continue to pray for his eyesight. (His double vision has to improve before he can drive again)
He still wants your prayers for his hearing and the roar in his ears.
And continue to pray that his speech continues to improve.

Don't forget the prayer pager, it has been a great encouragement.
